Since July 2024, I'm learning and practising the art of ventriloquism (German: Bauchreden). Ventriloquism combines a lot of creative activities, such as writing dialogue, acting and creating a character. For me, ventriloquism is therefore closely related to my other activities. Not only does it keep my creativity alive, but it has the ability to entertain others.
Production designer Angelika Federer is currently working on a ventriloquist's dummy in the shape of a moody vulture, which is due to be completed in 2024. Until then, I'm practising with a vulture puppet named Gion.
